It been an incredible start to the Bunit Krav Maga school. The students are doing an incredible jog learning how to defend themselves. Krav Maga is NOT a martial art it is a self defence system born out of Israel developed for all situations but mainly if you cannot escape neutaralise your threat then escape.

The hard work paid of for the Boys who successfully smashed there Gradings being tested to the highest level by GIT Israel Cohen Head of IKMF SWAT and Military Division. The Gradings are so tough,long and Physical. WEell done lads
The B-unit crew have been working hard for there grading on 18th November 2017 where Israel Cohen head of IKMF Swat and Military division will put them through there paces.Even the first P1 Grading takes nearly 2 hours,these badges are always earnt and never given.
Its been an exciting week as we were joined by 8 new students starting out on the beginners 6 week course,they did so well albeit the first time you experience Self Defence that was created and used by the IDF can be a bit of a shock
